As a writer I default to brackets, but I'm fine with prose. Mordred will be from some nebulous FGO canonpoint in most memes, but feel free to ask for Apocrypha/Camelot/whatever. I'm fully spoiled on JP FGO.

* Arthurian legend yes, Fate/ canon no.
** Talk to me, her mind is a mess.

visual
Like her father, Mordred is almost comically short for a knight, clocking in at 154cm (slightly taller in her armour). It's difficult to tell her gender with the helmet on, and she maintains an androgynous appearance from the neck up, though most of her casual clothing makes it fairly obvious she's a woman.

This gives a good idea of her build in general, and her fashion sense can be summed up as 'bad' and 'please wear more clothes'. For a live-action reference, her actress in the Camelot stage play is pretty damn perfect.

On the aural side of things, she's voiced by Miyuki Sawashiro in JP, and Erica Lindbeck in ENG. I like both, so take your pick if you wanna do any sort of 'you sound familiar' shenanigans.
personality
Bitter, angry, and vengeful, she's everything you'd expect from the Knight of Treachery... except for the times where she rolls around on the ground like a child, or chases a stray cat on all fours. Mordred is a contradiction in more ways than one, from her love/hate (literally) relationship with her father, to her views on humanity as a whole and the values of a king. Her mood can fluctuate wildly in the space of one sentence, let alone a whole conversation, and she's about as volatile as an overgrown child with a hair-trigger temper.

Because, really, that's exactly what she is. Created to kill the king and then die long before adulthood, Mordred has spent her short life training for one thing, and it shows. Put her in a fight, at the head of an army, even on a throne, and she'll excel, but ask her to act like a normal, reasonable person, and she'll ruin it within seconds. She's bullheaded, impatient (with some exceptions), and can be incredibly unpleasant to deal with. Remember, she once threw away tens of thousands of lives for the sake of revenge on the king; something she shows zero remorse for, even after the dust settles.

On the flip side, she can take a liking to people based on something as shallow as their appearance or initial demeanor, and has a weird sense of loyalty about her. Gain her trust, and she'll follow you to the ends of the earth... unless you piss her off, in which case her sword will be at your throat in an instant. Good thing pissing her off is hard, right?

Haha.

Mordred has a fairly strong preference for women, and though she might talk a big game about finding a queen, she's as experienced as you'd expect her to be (ie. not at all). Canon favs are Frankenstein, Jekyll, Saber Lily, and Guda(ko), but I'm flexible with some others, so feel free to ask.

Crosscanon, she's a pushover for cute girls, and seems to enjoy getting beaten up a bit too much in the summer event. Someone strong of mind and/or body will have the easiest time catching her interest, but she wouldn't do well with a truly evil person.
opt-out
Mordred is a child born out of non-consensual incest, was 'raised' by an abusive mother, and behaved like a murderous, manipulative bastard for the last period of her life. If you'd rather avoid any mention of this in dialogue/bracket text, please let me know.

Also, Fate/ canon is... itself, so if you'd rather not interact with Mordred (or me!) at all, that's fine too! Comments are screened for your privacy.
